Ladybug Academy is a Private Membership Association (PMA), lawfully formed and existing as an unincorporated private association. We operate exclusively within the private domain, under the rights of freedom of association, speech, and contract, as protected by the Constitution of the United States of America, International Human Rights Law, and Natural Law as given by the Creator—God or Nature.

The purpose of this Association is to support children and families in obtaining education through various means, primarily through secure electronic systems and private online association between consenting members.

We are not a corporation, company, or commercial business, nor do we transact in public commerce with non-members or the general public.

II. Private Domain and Non-Public Operation

All operations of Ladybug Academy PMA are conducted solely within the private domain and between consenting members of this Association.

We do not engage in public trade, commercial solicitation, or business with customers.
No public invitations, advertisements, or contracts are offered to or binding upon the general public.

All participation, communication, or exchange of value occurs by private membership agreement under contractual law and is considered a binding private contract between the parties involved.

III. Information We Collect Within the Private Membership

In order to administer membership, education, and communication within the private domain, Ladybug Academy PMA may collect the following information voluntarily provided by members:

• Full name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Mailing address

• Account login credentials

• Educational records and correspondence

• Payment and billing information

• Communications sent to or from the Association (including electronic messages)

This information is collected solely for internal Association purposes and only from individuals who knowingly and voluntarily engage in private membership.

IV. Privacy and Confidentiality

All information, communications, records, and data shared within this Association are strictly private and confidential.

We do not and will not:

• Sell, trade, rent, or transfer member data to outside entities

• Share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes

• Disclose member data to non-members or public entities

• Publish identifying, financial, educational, or religious information

Any communication within Ladybug Academy PMA—whether physical, digital, telephonic, or electronic—is regarded as private correspondence and shall remain within the confines of the private domain unless expressly authorized in writing by the Association.

V. Electronic Communications, Phone Numbers, and SMS

Members may voluntarily provide a phone number for private Association communications.

By providing a phone number, you consent to receive communications from Ladybug Academy PMA via:

• SMS text messages

• Telephone calls

• Automated or manual notifications related to membership, education, scheduling, or account matters

SMS consent is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes and is used exclusively for communication within the private membership relationship.

VI. Contractual Privacy Agreement

All members, upon joining, agree to uphold and maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters of the Association.

This mutual confidentiality is a binding contractual obligation protected under domestic and international contract law.

Members agree not to disclose, publish, or discuss Association operations, communications, or member information outside of the private membership environment.

All membership relations, including communications, records, and data storage, are shielded from public access, monitoring, or interference by non-member entities.

VII. Relationship to Governmental and Public Systems

Ladybug Academy PMA operates as an independent private association, not subject to corporate, commercial, or statutory governance except as required by natural law and lawful due process.

No government agency, institution, or public entity shall access member records, data, or correspondence without proper oath and affirmation issued under constitutional due process of law and presented in a court of competent jurisdiction.

VIII. Financial Privacy

All financial transactions between members and the Association are strictly private.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cash exchanges

• Credit or debit transactions

• Cryptocurrency payments

• Other lawful or mutually agreed-upon instruments of value

All contributions, donations, or membership dues are considered private contributions within the Association and not public commercial transactions.

Financial information is never sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties without written authorization or lawful due process as described herein.

IX. Data Security

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect member information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Access to member data is limited strictly to authorized Association officers, educators, or administrators acting within the scope of their duties.

X. Respect for Natural and Contractual Law

Ladybug Academy PMA abides by the Law of Nature and of Nature’s God and adheres to contractual law recognized under both national and international frameworks.

The Association operates in peace, morality, and respect toward fellow mankind while preserving the private rights of association, privacy, and consent.

XI. Notice to the General Public

This Privacy Policy serves as notice that Ladybug Academy PMA functions exclusively in the private domain and does not extend offers or services to the general public.

All interactions occur only between consenting members under private agreement.

By entering into communication or engagement with this Association, you acknowledge and accept these terms and the private status of this entity.
