Guided by faith, grounded in purpose, growing through love.
The head founding member of Ladybug Academy, Brandon Schuchardt, is a born-again believer in the Gospel — the Good News of Jesus Christ — and holds to the foundational doctrines of the fundamental Baptist faith. However, he believes this organization must be shaped to welcome and respect all walks of life, regardless of one’s religious belief or non-belief. This platform is designed to educate the mind in a secular sense, yet it stands upon the conviction that without moral and Biblical truth, such a vision might not exist.
Guided by Christ’s compassion toward others, Brandon believes that education and service must go hand in hand. Just as Jesus said, “For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.” — Matthew 25:35–36 (King James Version). In this same spirit, Ladybug Academy extends a hand to those in need through scholarship programs and financial assistance, ensuring that every child — regardless of circumstance — has the opportunity to learn, grow, and be nurtured. These scholarships stand as a living reflection of Christ’s call to serve, to give freely, and to love one another without condition.
Brandon believes that without the acceptance of the Blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ, the mind would have no true conscience, and the body would cease to thrive — for the body will decay without the energy of the soul. He holds that repentance is required only through a change of mind, leading to the renewing of one’s heart toward the Cross and clinging to the perfect Blood of Christ, “the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.” — John 1:29 (King James Version)
Thereby, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” — John 3:16 (King James Version)
At Ladybug Academy, this spirit of humility and respect remains central: all people, regardless of conviction or creed, deserve dignity. Without such acknowledgment, mankind would be lost in a world without hope.
