PMA Declaration

Private Domain Notice

Ladybug Academy is built within a Private Membership Association (PMA) operating strictly and exclusively within the private domain. We are an unincorporated association, formed by and for our members who have chosen to exercise their inalienable rights to associate, contract, and communicate privately under Natural Law, as recognized by the Constitution of the United States of America and International Law.

Governing Principles

This organization is founded upon and governed by the Law of Nature and of Nature’s God, acknowledging the Creator as the ultimate authority and source of human rights. All members voluntarily unite in the spirit of mutual benefit, respect, and cooperation, guided by principles of truth, morality, and liberty.

We operate under Contractual Law, wherein all participation, interaction, and exchange of value occur by private contract between consenting members. Such private agreements are protected under the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution and are recognized as binding under Article I, Section 10, which preserves the right to contract free from government interference.

Freedom of Association and Speech

In accordance with the First Amendment, Ladybug Academy PMA asserts and preserves its members’ rights to freely associate and express themselves privately without intrusion, oversight, or interference by any public authority, entity, or agency. All communications, records, and relationships within this Association exist within a private framework and are not for public inspection, regulation, or jurisdiction.

Private Membership Only

Ladybug Academy PMA does not engage in business or commerce with the general public.
We have no public customers, clients, or guests.
All interaction, communication, and service are reserved solely for members who have knowingly and voluntarily entered into a private contractual agreement with this Association.

No aspect of Ladybug Academy’s operation constitutes a “public accommodation,” “business,” or “commercial enterprise” as defined by any local, state, federal, or international public code or regulation.

Confidenciality and Privacy

All member information, communications, records, and materials—whether physical, electronic, or verbal—are strictly private and remain within the private domain of this Association.
Such data shall not be shared, disclosed, or transmitted beyond the Association without the explicit written authorization of a duly appointed officer or trustee acting within the private domain.

Our homes, workspaces, digital environments, and physical locations are deemed private atmospheres—not subject to public access, oversight, or intrusion.
Any governmental or institutional entity seeking access to private records or communication must present a sworn affidavit supported by oath and affirmation as required by Constitutional due process.

Jurisdictional Notice

Ladybug Academy PMA and its members do not consent to any involuntary governance, statutory authority, or public jurisdiction that infringes upon private rights and liberties.
This Association exists solely within the private domain of the living men and women who comprise its membership, and all activities are conducted by mutual agreement, private contract, and common law of right and conscience.

Conclusion

This Declaration stands as notice to all public entities that Ladybug Academy PMA functions under private, ecclesiastical, and contractual jurisdiction, not under corporate or governmental authority.
All who choose to engage with this Association do so as private members bound by mutual respect, confidentiality, and moral obligation.
