At Ladybug Academy, we negotiate compensation individually with each certified teacher within our Private Membership Association. While we thrive to meet or exceed national and international averages for special education professionals, we do not guarantee such standards in every case. Compensation varies based on experience, region, and program needs — ensuring flexibility and fairness for both our members and educators.
For example, our current U.S. teacher average is approximately $62,400 per year, reflecting our commitment to providing competitive pay for qualified professionals serving our members.

Teacher Membership & Collaboration: At Ladybug Academy, we are not a corporate employer but a Private Membership Association operating within the private domain. We partner only with members who freely join our educational community. Pay and benefits are based on individual membership contracts, not employment law. As of 2025, all teaching members receive full healthcare coverage—no out-of-pocket costs. Our educators teach from home, preparing for class and connecting virtually with students who have dyslexia, ADD/ADHD, and other learning differences. Every teacher is also provided high-speed internet to ensure reliable, high-quality instruction.
