Tailored private education plans for special needs and homeschool students.
Legal Notice & Overview
Ladybug Academy operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA) and functions solely within the private domain under the protections of contractual, constitutional, and international law. All activities, programs, and educational systems provided through Ladybug Academy are available only to its private members and are not open to the general public.
The Special Education Homeschooling Assistance Program (SEHAP) is an original, copyrighted framework developed and owned by Ladybug Academy. SEHAP represents a private educational model created to support parents of children with special educational needs who desire homeschooling assistance within the safety and comfort of their own homes.
Purpose and Mission
The goal of SEHAP is to bridge the gap between homeschooling families and specialized professional education. Through this program, Ladybug Academy helps parents provide their children with high-quality instruction from certified special education teachers, while reducing the heavy burden often placed upon parents in individualized education settings.
Program Structure
Ladybug Academy’s SEHAP model establishes virtual small classrooms consisting of nine to seventeen (9–17) students per class, each led by a certified special education teacher. These instructors teach the academic material directly to the children, ensuring they receive professional, individualized attention and care while allowing parents to focus on other family or household responsibilities.
For families seeking a more individualized learning experience, SEHAP also offers custom one-on-one tutoring packages, pairing a student with a professional educator in a private virtual setting. Members may alternatively choose from Ladybug Academy’s general membership packages, which create a traditional-style educational experience in a digital environment, allowing children to:
Interact with peers and make friends online in a safe, monitored classroom setting.
Receive professional instruction that mirrors the structure and engagement of private or public schooling.
Learn under a program tailored to their specific academic and developmental needs.
Benefits to Parents
SEHAP allows homeschooling parents to delegate instruction to qualified special education professionals, freeing them to manage their household and personal responsibilities while maintaining confidence that their children’s educational needs are being met. By integrating SEHAP into the Ladybug Academy platform, members gain access to a structured, dependable, and compassionate learning system that blends the familiarity of home with the professionalism of a traditional classroom.
Use of External Educational Materials
While SEHAP and its foundational structure are the copyrighted intellectual property of Ladybug Academy, certain instructional materials, curricula, videos, or digital resources used within our platform may originate from outside sources.
These supplemental materials are used only under proper authorization, which may include:
Parental consent granting Ladybug Academy and its teachers permission to incorporate specific external materials for the educational benefit of their child(ren); or
Direct authorization or licensing from the rightful owner(s) of such content, granting permission for private educational use within the SEHAP platform.
Ladybug Academy makes no ownership claim over these outside works. Their use is strictly educational, in harmony with the customized and adaptive nature of SEHAP.
This flexibility allows the program to evolve to meet the unique learning needs of each child while maintaining respect for the intellectual property rights of others and compliance with all applicable private-use agreements.
